Draft decision of the maslikhat of the Beimbet Mailin district "On amending the decision of the maslikhat dated March 20, 2015 No. 263 "On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Beimbet Mailin district"

On amending the decision of the maslikhat dated March 20, 2015 No. 263 “On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Beimbet Mailin area”

Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:

1. To introduce the following change into the decision of the maslikhat “On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Beimbet Mailin area” dated March 20, 2015 No. 263 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under No. 5510):

attached to this decision:

Paragraph 3 shall be reworded as follows:

“3. The total income of a low-income family (citizen) is calculated by the authorized body for the quarter preceding the quarter of applying for housing assistance, in the manner determined by the order of the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On approval of the Rules for calculating the total income of a family (citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan) applying for housing assistance” of April 24, 2020 No. 226 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 20498)”.

2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
