AGENDA:
- State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin District" - asks for the right to temporary gratuitous short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.4 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin District, Ayet rural district, for construction of gas distribution networks in the village of Novoilyinovka, Beimbet Mailin district, Kostanay region ;
- Biktorova Saniya Akanovna - asks for the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.2013 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Dostyk street, house 89, for personal subsidiary farming;
- RudnikStroy LLP - asks for the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 8 years, with a preliminary area of 0.5802 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Novoilyinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, for the transportation of building stone;
- RudnikStroy LLP - asks for the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 8 years, with a preliminary area of 1.2906 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Novoilyinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, for the transportation of building stone;
- AlexSteel LLP _ - asks to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period up to 10/30/2055, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 1.2 hectares to the existing land plot of 1.1174 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement (Southern part), for maintenance of a railway siding and industrial buildings (garage, weight) in order to expand and reconstruct buildings (buildings, structures);

Having considered the applications and materials of cases for the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (total "for" - 6 ) considers it possible:
- Grant the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin District" the right to temporary free short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot, with a preliminary area of 0.4 ha , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Ayet rural district, for the construction of gas distribution networks in the village of Novoilyinovka, Beimbet Mailin district, Kostanay region ;
