- Hasanov Rinat Aglyamovich - requests to grant the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.029 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.1323 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator street, 53/2, for personal subsidiary farming;

Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 7) considers it possible:
- Grant Alexander Ivanovich Kukhtin - the right of private ownership, to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.2911 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village (eastern part), Vostochnaya str., 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse Movsarov Leche Jokkaevich to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Viktorovskaya str., 45, for personal subsidiary farming;
Reason: It is necessary to apply to the court with a demand for recognition of ownership of the building;
- Grant Khasanov Rinat Aglyamovich - the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.029 hectares to the existing land plot with a total area of 0.1323 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator street, 53/2, for personal subsidiary farming;
