Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:
Paragraph 14 shall be reworded as follows:
"fourteen. In order to receive social assistance in the event of a difficult life situation, the applicant, on behalf of himself or on behalf of his family, submits an application to the authorized body or akim of the village, rural district, attaching the following documents:
1) identity document (required for personal identification);
2) information about the income of the person (family members) specified in the second paragraph of subparagraph 4) of paragraph 6, subparagraphs 5), 6) of paragraph 7 of these Rules;
3) an act and / or a document confirming the onset of a difficult life situation.
The persons specified in subparagraph 2) of paragraph 7 provide copies of prescription forms for the current year, certified by a doctor, and cash receipts.
To receive social assistance, which is assigned regardless of the income of the person (family members), information on the income of the person (family members) is not provided.
