In accordance with subparagraph 12) of article 14, paragraph 3 of article 10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and the resolution of the territorial election commission of Beimbeta district Maylina dated December 29, 2022 No. 35 "On the formation and determination of boundaries of single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the elections of deputies of the Maslikhata district of Beimbeta Mailina » Territorial Electoral Commission of Beimbeta District Milena decrees:

1. To form 11 district election commissions in the respective single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the election of deputies of the Maslikhata district of Beimbeta Mylina .
2. sent to the council of the Beimbeta district Milena for the formation of the composition of the district election commissions of single-mandate territorial electoral districts for the elections of deputies of the Maslikhata district of Beimbeta Mylina .
3. current resolution on the Internet resource of the territorial election commission of the Beimbeta district Mylina .
4. This decree enters into force on January 1, 2023.
