Beimbet Mailin District Election Commission
On the appointment of akim elections on July 7, 2020
Pavlovsky rural district of Beimbet Mailin district
In accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2, paragraph 10 of Article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 No. 148-II “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, in connection with the early termination of powers of the akim of the Pavlovsky rural district of the district Beimbet Mailin, the election commission of the Beimbet Mailin district decides:
To appoint elections of the akim of the Pavlovsky rural district of the Beimbet Mailin region for July 7, 2020.
Set deadlines:
nomination of candidates to akims from June 7 to June 11, 2020;
2.2. registration of candidates for akims from June 7 to June 21, 2020.
To approve the Schedule of the main activities for the preparation and conduct of the election of the akim of the Pavlovsky rural district of the Beimbet Mailin district.
Conduct election events in accordance with the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
Send this resolution to the akim of the Beimbet Mailin district, the secretary of the maslikhat of the Beimbet Mailin district.
Publish this resolution in the Aiet shamshyragy district newspaper.
