THE AGENDA:
- Bevzennko Valentina Petrovna - requests to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.336 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Valeryanovka village, Tsentralnaya Street, house 3, for personal subsidiary farming;
- JSC "Intergas Central Asia" - requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years for a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.3689 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural District, for the construction of a 10 kV overhead line for the power supply of the Kazogneupor plant from the 10 kV overhead line "Ulyanovsk- Lomonosovka".
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 7) considers it possible:
- Grant Bevzennko Valentina Petrovna - the right of private ownership of a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.336 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Valeryanovka village, Tsentralnaya Street, house 3, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Grant JSC "Intergas Central Asia" - the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years on a land plot with a preliminary area of 0.3689 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky rural District, for the construction of a 10kV overhead line for the power supply of the Kazogneupore plant from the 10kV overhead line "Ulyanovsk-Lomonosovka".
