Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- Grant Zhulamanov Bekbol Bektasovich - the right of private ownership of an additional land plot with a preliminary area of 0.0019 hectares to the existing plot of 0.0800 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Stroitelnaya Street, house 11, apartment 2, for personal subsidiary farming;

- Refuse to grant Bigabylov Talgat Tureakynovich the right of private ownership of a land plot with a total area of 0.2491 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, DAEWOO–23 street, plot 2A, for personal subsidiary farming;
Basis: in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 43 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, based on the conclusion (territorial zoning) of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" dated October 28, 2022 No. 02-07/540, in accordance with the master plan of the village of Tobol, the requested land plot is located in the zone of industrial and communal facilities, zone of streets and roads of local significance, a zone of common use.
- Grant the Kostanay production branch of the Joint-Stock Company "KAZTRANSGAS AIMAK" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years, for a land plot with a total area of 0.0016 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Asenkritovsky rural district, Asenkritovka village, for the reconstruction of a high-pressure gas pipeline from the Nikolaevskaya gas station to the hydraulic fracturing plant-12.
