- «GPS TELECOM» LLP - requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years, with a pre-calculated area of 0.3500 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, between a gas station and a car wash, for the placement and maintenance of a sanitary and hygienic node;
- Mazhenov Azamat Iglikovich - requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.0071 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1019 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator Street, 113, for personal subsidiary farming;
- The branch Office of the Kostanay Main Gas Pipelines of the Intergas Central Asia Joint–stock company - requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.8338 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, for the installation of a cleaning and diagnostic devices launch node on 139.4 km of the main gas pipeline Kartaly-Rudny;
- Vorflyusev Viktor Anatolyevich - requests to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with an area of 0.2743 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, Orenburg village, Zapadnaya Street, house 7, for personal subsidiary farming;
- GU "Akim's Office of the rural district of Ayet" – requests to grant the right of temporary gratuitous short-term land use for a period of 3 years, with a pre-calculated area of 0.0100 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, rural district of Ayet (spring near the village of Zhuravlevka), for the improvement and maintenance of the spring;
- «Dan-Bereke» LLP – requests to grant the right of temporary paid 2,7621 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Valeryanovka village, for the maintenance and operation of the production zone: mehtok No. 1, mehtok No. 2, grain storage, metal hangar, guardhouse, warehouse, weighing room;
- Glazunov Denis Vasilyevich - requests to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot with an area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, village of Pritobolskoye, Tsentralnaya Street, house 23, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- To refuse GPS TELECOM LLP - to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years, with a pre-calculated area of 0.3500 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, between a gas station and a car wash, for the placement and maintenance of a sanitary and hygienic node.
Basis: according to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of the above-mentioned land plot is carried out at auctions (auctions);
- Grant Mazhenov Azamat Iglikovich - the right of private ownership of an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.0071 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1019 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator Street, 113, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Grant to the Branch of the Kostanay Gas Trunk Pipeline Administration of the Intergas Central Asia Joint–stock company the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years for a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.8338 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, for the installation of a cleaning and diagnostic devices launch unit for 139.4 km of the Kartaly-Rudny main gas pipeline;
- Grant Viktor Anatolyevich Vorflyusev - the right of private ownership of a land plot with an area of 0.2743 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet rural district, Orenburg village, 7 Zapadnaya Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Provide the State Institution "Akim's Office of the rural district of Ayet" – the right of temporary gratuitous short-term land use for a period of 3 years, with a pre-calculated area of 0.0100 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, rural district of Ayet (spring near the village of Zhuravlevka), for the improvement and maintenance of the spring;
