- Ishchanov Bulat Turganovich - asks to change the purpose of the land plot, with a total area of 0.0070 hectares, with cadastral number 12-189-035-1027, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky S.O., Beregovoye village, Zhukova str., uch. 7A from "for personal subsidiary farming" to "for the placement of a mobile retail outlet";
- Mazhenov Azamat Iglikovich - requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.0071 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1019 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 113 Elevator Street, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Raimzhanova Aina Satualdievna – requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.6 hectares to the existing plot of 2,4162 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, for the operation of a railway access road;
- Fast Olga Sergeevna - requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.13 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1157 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky S.O., Valeryanovka village, Shkolnaya str., 27, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kravets Vadim Vladimirovich – requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years, with a pre-calculated area of 0.2500 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Pavlovsky S.O., Pavlovka village (former village of Nelyubinka), Karl Marx St., 13 A, for personal subsidiary farming;

Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 7) considers it possible:
- To change Ishchanov Bulat Turganovich - the purpose of the land plot, with a total area of 0.0070 hectares, with cadastral number 12-189-035-1027, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky S.O., Beregovoye village, Zhukova str., uch. 7A from "for personal subsidiary farming" to "for the placement of a mobile retail outlet";
- To refuse to Mazhenov Azamat Iglikovich – to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.0071 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1019 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 113 Elevator Street, for personal subsidiary farming.
Reason: due to the need for coordination with the interested bodies of public utilities (RES, KazTransGazAymak, Transtelecom);
- Grant Raimzhanova Aina Satualdievna – the right of private ownership of an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.6 hectares to the existing plot of 2,4162 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, for the operation of a railway access road;
- Grant Fast Olga Sergeevna - the right of private ownership of an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.13 hectares to the existing plot of 0.1157 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky S.O., Valeryanovka village, Shkolnaya str., 27, for personal subsidiary farming;

Basis: according to the general plan of the village of Ayet, the requested land plot is located in a recreational area.
