Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (in total "for" - 7) considers it possible:

Basis: according to the attached scheme of the land plot, the requested land plot is superimposed on the existing land plot with cadastral number 12-189-001-1069.

Basis: according to Article 50 of the Land Code, the provision of land plots free of charge to private ownership for personal subsidiary farming (household allotment) and individual housing construction is carried out after the development of land plots (development is carried out on the right of temporary paid land use (lease) with the establishment of conditions and terms of development), as well as there are no title documents for the structure.
