- Lebedeva Lidiya Semyonovna - requests to grant the right of private ownership of a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.0821 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik str., 106, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- To refuse to grant Mumenov Zhandos Mofikovich the right of private ownership of a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.0109 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, for the construction of a store;
Basis: according to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of the above-mentioned land plot is carried out at auctions (auctions);
- Grant Shayakhmetov Kalam-sharip Sandibekovich - the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 1,1410 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovka village, for maintenance and operation of the property complex;

- To refuse Dyusembayeva Zhanna Zhakupovna – to grant the right of private ownership, with a pre-calculated area of 0.0072 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, village Ayet, Sovkhoznaya str., 6, for personal subsidiary farming.
Reason: in connection with the employment of the requested land plot by citizen Natalia Grigorievna Tsaregorodtseva with cadastral number 12-189-001-1113.
- To refuse Borisov Sergey Sergeevich – to grant the right of private ownership, with a pre-calculated area of 0.0100 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, E.Omarova str., 18A, for personal subsidiary farming;
Reason: in view of the existing buildings on the requested land plot, it is necessary to apply to the court with a demand for recognition of ownership of the building;
- Grant Gebert Silva Raimondasovna – the right of private ownership, for an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.0568 hectares to the existing plot of 0.0594 hectares, located at the address: district of Beimbet Mailina, Embankment S.O., S. Embankment, Severnaya str., 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
