Information on the provision of public services by the RAGS department for the third quarter of 2021 according to the State Institution "Apparatus of Akim of the Beimbet Maylin district"
The apparatus of Akim of the Beimbet Maylin district is working to ensure and comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when setting up fourth work of the RAGS as a whole. The main task of the work of the RAGS is to ensure timely, complete and correct registration of acts of civil status in the district.
For the 3 rd quarter of 2022 in the department of the RAGS of the State Institution "District Akim's Office Beimbeta Mailina" in total, civil status acts were registered -134 of them - 5 were accepted through the PSC, deaths were registered -60 newborns were registered - 48, marriages were registered -20, marriages were dissolved -3, changes of full name - 3. Appropriate changes, corrections and
additions to the act records were made in a timely manner after the dissolution of the marriage, the establishment of paternity, changes in the full name, and monthly notifications are also sent to make corrections in the second copies of civil status
records. On an ongoing basis, conversations and consultations are conducted daily during the reception to clarify the marriage and family legislation. Over the past period, 2 lectures were held with PSC inspectors. Work is being carried out in close contact with GTSVP, CRH, ROVD, lists of the deceased are provided monthly in due time.
