On expanding the category of Invataxi service recipients

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On social protection of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 31 of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of disabled persons by road, approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 1, 2013 No. 859 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of disabled persons by road" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 8950), Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin DECIDES:

1. Expand the categories of recipients of invataxi services in the territory of the district of Beimbet Maylin with the following categories of persons:

1) persons with disabilities of the first group;

2) children with disabilities who have difficulties in movement;

3) children with disabilities who have autism spectrum disorder.

2. To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the supervising deputy akim of the district.
3. This resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
