- Stepanova Lydia - asks for the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a land plot for a period of 6 years, with a preliminary calculated area of 0606 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky s.o., with. Coastal, st. Embankment, 36, for the maintenance and operation of the store
- IP Tryasoruk Tatyana Vasilievna - asks to grant the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a previously calculated area of 68 hectares to the existing plot of 0.0800 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Having considered the applications and materials of cases for the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (in all “for” - 6) considers it possible:
- Refuse Yurchenko Olesya Sergeevna - in granting the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years on a land plot with a preliminary calculated area of 0.1000 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district , Tobol settlement, st. Kustanayskaya, 5 , for personal subsidiary farming;
Grounds: Provision of a land plot for the construction of an object within the boundaries of a settlement is carried out in accordance with Article 44-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- Provide Mitrofanova Kristina Sergeevna - the right of private ownership of a land plot with a preliminary calculated area of 0023 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Beibitshilik, 123/1, for the operation and maintenance of the store.
- Grant Ptashkogray Dmitry Leonidovich , the right of private property, to an additional land plot with a previously calculated area of 0048 hectares to the existing plot of 0.0086 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Puteyskaya, d. 6, apt. 3, for personal subsidiary farming
- To refuse Maydarovsky Vladislav Vyacheslavovich - in granting the right of private ownership of a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 1 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Novaya, d. 52/2, for personal subsidiary farming.
Grounds: It is necessary to apply to the court with a requirement to recognize the ownership of the building.
- Grant Lidia Stepanova the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a land plot for a period of 6 years, with a pre-calculated area of 0606 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky s.o., p. Coastal, st. Embankment, 36, for the maintenance and operation of the store
- Refuse IP Tryasoruk Tatyana Vasilievna - in granting the right of private ownership, to an additional land plot with a previously calculated area of 68 hectares to the existing plot of 0.0800 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Grounds: The requested land plot is located in the roadside of the republican highway JSC "NC "KazAvtoZhol", according to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of the above land plot is carried out at tenders (auctions).
