- Kanaikin Ivan Ivanovich - asks to grant the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 6 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.1000 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district Asenkritovsky s.o., with. Asenkritovka, st. Ayatskaya, 97, apt. 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Pashevsky Fedor Mikhailovich - asks for the right of private ownership of a land plot, previously calculated with an area of 0.02 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, intersection of st. Beibitshilik, Elevatornaya, for personal subsidiary farming.
- Dyusembayeva Zhanna Zhakupovna - asks for the right of private ownership, for an additional land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0040 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, s. Ayet, st. Sovkhoznaya 6 for personal subsidiary farming
- HERMES Construction Company LLP - asks for the right to temporary paid long -term land use for a period up to September 27, 2031 for an additional land plot with a pre-calculated area of 5 hectares to the existing 1.9460 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Belinsky s.o., p. Smaylovka, st. Abay, building 37, for the maintenance and operation of the livestock complex (base No. 2)
- GKP "Tobol" on the REM of the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district - asks to extend the right to lease a land plot for a period of 10 years, with a total area of 2.5 hectares, located at Tobol village (Southern part), to accommodate an ash and slag waste landfill.
Having considered the applications and materials of cases for the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (in all “for” - 6) considers it possible:
- Provide Kanaikin Ivan Ivanovich - the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 6 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.1000 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district Asenkritovsky s.o., with. Asenkritovka, st. Ayatskaya, 97, apt. 1, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse Pashevsky Fedor Mikhailovich - in granting the right of private ownership of a land plot, previously calculated with an area of 0.02 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, intersection of st. Beibitshilik, Elevator, for personal subsidiary farming
Reason: according to Article 50 of the Land Code, land plots are provided free of charge to private ownership for personal subsidiary plots (household allotment) and individual housing construction after land development . The provision of land plots for the specified purposes for the period of development is carried out on the basis of the right of temporary paid land use (lease) with the establishment of conditions and terms for the development of such land plots.
- Grant Zhanna Zhakupovna Dyusembayeva the right of private property to an additional land plot with a preliminarily calculated area of 0040 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, s. Ayet, st. Sovkhoznaya 6 for personal subsidiary farming
- Grant HERMES Construction Company LLP the right to temporary paid long -term land use for a period of up to September 27, 2031 for an additional land plot with a pre-calculated area of 5 hectares to the existing 1.9460 hectares , located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Belinsky village .o., p. - Grant the State Enterprise "Tobol" to the right of lease for a land plot for a period of 10 years, with a total area of 2.5 hectares, located at Tobol village (Southern part), for the placement of an ash and slag waste landfill.
