Having considered the applications and materials of cases for the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (in all “for” - 6) considers it possible:
- Provide Yeryomin to Anatoliya Vasilyevich _ _ _ - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.1000 hectares located at the address: Beimbet Mailina district Kalininsky s.o., with. Jubilee, st. Mira 24, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Change Vostok Express LLP - the intended purpose of a land plot with a total area of 127.3 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky s.o., with a cadastral number 12-189-047-092 from "for farming " to " for agricultural production"
- Change Vostok Express LLP - the intended purpose of a land plot with a total area of 5556.8 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Kalininsky s.o., with a cadastral number 12-189-047-085 from "for farming " to " for agricultural production"
- Refuse Khalvay - II LLP to grant the right to temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years on a land plot with a preliminary calculated area of 28 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Naberezhny s.o., for the construction of a vegetable store
Reason: in connection with the provision of a land plot through bidding (auctions)
- Refuse Bakhtybayeva Zhaksigul Kuttimuratovna to grant the right to temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 1 ha, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Maisky rural district, for gardening
Reason: according to paragraph 1-2 of article 43 of the Land Code, the provision of land plots located within five hundred meters from the coastline of a water body is carried out after determining the boundaries of water protection zones and strips, as well as establishing the regime for their economic use, also in accordance with article 125 The Water Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the water protection belts, is prohibited: provision of land plots for gardening and summer cottage construction ;
- Refuse Mynbaev Nurlykhan Zhandarbekuly - to grant the right to temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 4 years 11 months on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 1 ha, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Maisky rural district, for gardening .
