Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 7) considers it possible:

  1. To refuse to Beznosov Valery Alexandrovich – to grant the right of temporary paid land use for a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 2.96 hectares, located at the address: district of Beimbet Mailina Embankment S.O., S. Elizavetinka, Razdezd 349 km, d. 1, sq. 2, for personal subsidiary farming.

Reason: according to paragraph 1-2 of Article 43 of the Land Code, it is necessary to coordinate with the RSU "Tobol-Torgai Basin Inspectorate for the regulation of the use and protection of water resources of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan", JSC "National Company "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" the requested land plot;

  1. Provide the State Institution "Akim's Office of the village of Oktyabrsky" - the right of permanent land use, for a plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 3 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky S.O., for the placement of the cemetery;
  2. To refuse to Yskak Saulet Maratuly – to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 48 years to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.8264 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, for the maintenance of warehouse No. 4.

The basis: The requested land plot belongs to ABK Alibekov Bolat Kabylovich;

  1. Grant Baranbaev Ermek Bukharbaevich - the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Beibitshilik str., 40, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. Grant Bliznyuk to Zoya Ivanovna – the right of private ownership of a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.25 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Asenkritovsky S.O. S. Varvarinka, Embankment str., 11, for personal subsidiary farming.
  3. To grant Gamgin Vladimir Vladimirovich - the right of private ownership of a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.1511 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Stationnaya str., 65, for personal subsidiary farming.
  4. To re-register «Viktorovskoye» LLP - the right of private ownership for the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period up to December 2069 for a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.1108 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Beregovoe village, Moskovskaya str., 46, sq. 1, for the maintenance of a residential building.
  5. To refuse Petrov Maxim Leonidovich – to change the purpose of the land plot, with cadastral number 12-189-004-189, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Zhenis str., from "for maintenance and operation of the boiler house" to "production base".

Reason: according to Article 66 of the Land Code, it is necessary to re-register the right of the requested land plot, there is no APZ for re-equipment;

  1. Grant Dvornitsyn Vladimir Konstantinovich - the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.027 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, 69 Stationnaya str., for personal subsidiary farming.
