- Klopova Olga Vladimirovna - requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.03 hectares, to the existing land plot of 0.1321 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Panfilov str., 15, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kuryachenko Alexey Vladimirovich - requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 20 years, for a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 1.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Asenkritovsky S.O., Asenkritovka village, Ayatskaya St., for personal subsidiary farming;
- Kulmaganbetova Kulsara Shamshinovna - requests to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.02 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, 50 let Oktyabrya str., 5, sq. 7, for personal subsidiary farming;
- Daurbaeva Aigul Salimchanovna - requests to grant the right of private ownership to an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.15 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Yubileynoye village, Nivovskaya str., 29, for personal subsidiary farming.
Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total "for" - 7) considers it possible:
- Grant Klopova Olga Vladimirovna - the right of private ownership of an additional land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.03 hectares, to the existing land plot of 0.1321 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Panfilov str., 15, for personal subsidiary farming;
- To refuse Kuryachenko Alexey Vladimirovich – to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 20 years, to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 1.0 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Asenkritovsky S.O., Asenkritovka village, Ayatskaya St., for personal subsidiary farming;
Reason: according to paragraph 1-2 of Article 43 of the Land Code, it is necessary to coordinate with the RSU "Tobol-Torgai Basin Inspectorate for the regulation of the use and protection of water resources of the Committee on Water Resources of the Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the requested land plot;
- To refuse Kulmaganbetova Kulsara Shamshinovna – to grant the right of private ownership to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.02 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, 50 let Oktyabrya str., 5, sq. 7, for personal subsidiary farming
Basis: based on the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin", the land plot is located on the territory of a medium-rise residential development.
- Grant Daurbaeva Aigul Salimchanovna - the right of private ownership of an additional plot of land with a pre-calculated area of 0.15 hectares, to the existing plot of land with an area of 0.1 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Yubileynoye village, Nivovskaya str., 29, for personal subsidiary farming.
