On the establishment
of a public easement
In accordance with Articles 19, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Akim of Novoilinovsky rural District DECIDED:
- Establish a public easement to the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" for a land plot with a total area of 3.9989 hectares, located at the address: Kostanay region, Beimbet Maylin district, Novoilinovsky rural district, Aksuatskoye village, for maintenance and operation of a water treatment plant and a pumping station of the 1st lift.
- The State institution "Akim's Office of Novoilyinovsky rural District" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) sending this decision for official publication in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin after its official publication.
- I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
- This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
