On expanding the category of recipients of invataxi services

In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On social protection of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 31 of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities by road, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated On November 1, 2013, No. 859 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of disabled people by road", the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:

1. Expand the categories of recipients of invataxi services on the territory of the Beimbet Maylin district with the following categories of persons:

         1) persons with disabilities of the first group;

         2) children with disabilities who have difficulty in moving;

         3) children with disabilities who have an autism spectrum disorder.

2. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the district.
3. This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
