The message of the district election commission following the results of the elections of the akim of the rural district Ayet, held on July 24, 2022
On July 24, 2022, the election of the akim of the rural district of Ayet, Beimbet Maylin district, was held.
The election commission of the Beimbet Maylin district in accordance with subparagraph 9) of article 14, paragraph 2 of article 44, article 45, article 113-10 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan", based on the protocols of precinct election commissions on the results of elections of the akim of the rural district Ayet district of Beimbet Mailina established the following election results:
3916 citizens were included in the list of voters in the Ayet constituency, 2937 of them voted. The number of invalid ballots - 118, with a mark in the line "Against all" - 113.
Number of votes cast for each candidate:
Kurmangaliev N.K. - 1598; Sadykov T.T. - 851; Smailov B.A. - 257.
Ayet Kurmangaliev Nurzhan Kaztayevich, born in 1983, was elected Akim of the rural district. chief specialist of the State Institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the Akimat of the District Beimbet Mailin", lives in the city of Kostanay, Kostanay region, nominated by self-nomination.
The Election Commission of the Beimbet Mailin District, in accordance with Article 45 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Elections in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, by a decision dated July 26, 2022, registered the akim of the rural district of Ayet District, Beimbet Mailin, elected on July 24, 2022.
