On amendments to the decision of the Maslikhat of5 October 1 52021 No. 55 "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home education of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in Beimbet Mailina district"

 

 

Mаслихат aslikhat of Beimbet Mailina district DECIDED:

  1. Add to the decision of the maslikhat "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home-based education of children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum in the Beimbet Mailina district" dated5 October 1-5, 2021 No. 55, registeredное in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts for No. 24919, the following amendments: :

the title to the specified decision should be redrafted:

«On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for home-based education of children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum";

paragraph 1 to the said decision should be redrafted:

«1. Determine the procedure and amount of reimbursement of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to the individual curriculum in accordance with theappendix to this decision";

the annex to the said decision should be revised in accordance with the annex to this decision.

  1. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
