Draft decision of the district Maslikhat от 15 No. 55 dated October 15, 2015 55"About determination of the procedure and amount of reimbursement of expenses for home education of children with disabilities from among children with disabilities according to an individual curriculum in the districtBeimbeta Mailina" was developed in accordance with subparagraph 4) of Article 16 Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical-pedagogical correctional support for children with disabilities"
The draft decision determines the elimination of discriminatory language or terms related to persons with disabilities, the concept of "disabled person" to "person with a disability" and "disabled child" to "child with a disability", in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2022 "On Amendments and Additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues related to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities".
Adoption of the draft decision will not entail negative socio-economic or legal consequences.
