Notice of the competition
Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district of Kostanay region, in accordance with Article 43-1 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Rules for organizing and conducting a competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting peasant or farm farming, agricultural production, holds a competition for granting the right of temporary paid land use (lease) for conducting a peasant or farm economy, agricultural production, which will be held on September 14, 2022 at 10: 00 am at the address: Kostanay region, Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Tauelsizdik street 60, (small hall No. 2 of the Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district).
Acceptance and registration of applications for participation in the competition will be carried out within fifteen working days from the date of the start of acceptance of applications from August 22 to September 9, 2022 (reception time from 9-00 h. to 18-30 h. with a lunch break from 13-00 h. to 14-30 h.) in the state institution "Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" at the address: Kostanay region, Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Tauelsizdik Street 60, offices No. 21, 22.
The application for participation in the competition is submitted on paper, on purpose, or by mail or through the web portal of the "electronic government" in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 24, 2015 "On Information" before the deadline for submitting applications. For applications submitted through the e-government web portal, the competition proposals for participation in the competition are submitted to the organizer on purpose within fifteen working days from the date of the start of accepting applications until the end of the specified period.
