Having considered the applications and materials of cases on the provision of land plots, the commission for consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by unanimous decision (total "for" - 8) considers it possible:
- Refuse Artemyeva Vera Anatolyevna to grant the right to temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years, to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.05 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Elevatornaya, 93, for personal subsidiary farming .
Reason: on the basis of the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Beimbet Mailin District Akimat", the land plot is located on the territory of a medium-rise residential building.
- Deny Novokhatsky Dmitry Alexandrovich - in granting the right to temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years, on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.05 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Elevatornaya, 93, for personal subsidiary farming .
Reason: on the basis of the conclusion of the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Beimbet Mailin District Akimat", the land plot is located on the territory of a medium-rise residential building.
- Refuse Olga Borisovna Smorkalova to grant the right to temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years, to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.0130 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Mailin district, Tobol settlement, st. Elevatornaya, for personal subsidiary farming .

Reason: according to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of the above land plot is carried out at bidding (auctions).
