Having considered the applications and case files for the provision of land plots, the commission for the consideration of applications for the provision of land plots by a unanimous decision (total «for» - 7) considers it possible:

  1. Grant Ulyanov Alexander Guryanovich - the right of private ownership of a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.2500 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Nagornoye village, Molodezhnaya str., 14, for personal subsidiary farming;
  2. Grant Yusupov Maxim Tursunovich - requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator street, 95, for personal subsidiary farming;
  3. Provide a Ptashkogray to Dmitry Leonidovich – requests to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 5 years, for a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.0048 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Puteiskaya str., for personal subsidiary farming;
  4. To refuse Novokhatsky Dmitry Alexandrovich – to grant the right of temporary paid long-term land use for a period of 10 years, to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.07 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village, Elevator street, 93, for personal subsidiary farming.

Basis: based on the conclusion of the State Institution «Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin», the land plot is located on the territory of a medium-rise residential development.

  1. Refuse Zakerbai Turmys – to change the purpose of the land plot with an area of 0.2869 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Tobol village (western part), Elevator street, 26, from the purpose "for the placement and maintenance of a recreation center and garages" to the purpose "conversion of a leisure center for a cafe-shop"

Reason: due to the absence of a certificate of acceptance of the constructed object into operation for re-equipment.

  1. To refuse Navoyan Tengiz Dagarovich – to grant the right to a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.50 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, for commercial, for a sausage shop.;

Basis: according to Article 48 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the provision of the above-mentioned land plot is carried out at auctions (auctions).

  1. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 3;
  2. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 4;
  3. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 5;
  4. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 6;
  5. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 7;
  6. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 8;
  7. Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 9;

Provide the State Institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district" - the right of temporary paid short-term land use for a period of 3 years on a land plot with a pre-calculated area of 0.01 hectares, located at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Kalininsky village, Beregovoye village, for the installation of GRPSh 10;
