On amendments to the decision of the maslikhat dated March 20, 2015 No. 263 "On determining the amount and procedure for providing housing assistance in the Beimbet Mailin district" |
Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:
Paragraph 1 of the annex to the said decision shall be amended as follows:
"1. Housing assistance is provided at the expense of the local budget to low-income families (citizens) living in the Beimbet Mailin area, permanently registered and living in a dwelling that is on the right of ownership as the only dwelling in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as tenants (subtenants) of dwellings from the state housing stock and housing rented by the local executive body in private housing stock, for payment:
expenses for the management of the condominium object and the maintenance of the common property of the condominium object, including the overhaul of the common property of the condominium object;
consumption of utilities and communication services in terms of increasing the subscription fee for a telephone connected to the telecommunications network;
expenses for the use of housing from the state housing stock and housing rented by the local executive body in private housing stock.
The share of maximum allowable expenses in the total income of a low-income family (citizen) in the amount of5 (five) percent.
The expenses of a low-income family (citizens) accepted for calculation of housing assistance are determined as the sum of expenses for each of the above areas.".
