On the establishment of a public easement
In accordance with Articles 17, 69 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 25, 2016 No. 439 “On Approval of the Rules for Maintaining the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Reference Control Bank of Normative Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:
Establish a public easement for land plots for the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the Beimbet Mailin District Akimat":
for the laying and maintenance of water wells, located on the territory of the Beimbet Mailin district, Asenkritovsky rural district, with a cadastral number 12-183-023-135, with a total area of 1.43 hectares;
for laying and maintaining main networks, located in the Beimbet Mailin district, Asenkritovsky rural district, with cadastral number 1-183-023-135, with a total area of 0.1713 hectares.
The state institution "Department of land relations of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district" in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:
1) sending within twenty calendar days from the date of signing a copy of this resolution in Kazakh and Russian in electronic form to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district from the date of signing and sending to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region after its official publication.
Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to the supervising deputy akim of the district Beimbet Mailin.
This Resolution shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
