In accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On social protection of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Kazakhstan", paragraph 31 of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of persons with disabilities by road, approved by order of the Acting Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 1, 2013 No. 859 "On approval of the Rules for the provision of services for the transportation of disabled people by road", Akimat of the Beimbet district Mailina DECIDES:
1) disabled people of the 1st group;
2) children with disabilities who have difficulty in moving;
3) disabled children with autism spectrum disorder.
1) sending within twenty calendar days from the date of signing a copy of this resolution in Kazakh and Russian in electronic form to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2 ) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the akimat of the Beimbet district Mailin from the date of signing and sending to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region after its official publication.
