Draft decision of the district maslikhat "On amending the decision of the maslikhat dated October 15, 2021 No. 55 "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for the cost of home-schooling children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Beimbet Mailin district"

On amendments to the decision of the maslikhat dated October 15, 2021 № 55 "On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for the cost of home-schooling children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Beimbet Mailin area"

Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:

1. Include in the decision of the maslikhat “On determining the procedure and amount of reimbursement for the cost of homeschooling children with disabilities from among the disabled according to an individual curriculum in the Beimbet Mailin area” dated October 15, 2021 No. 55, registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts for № 24919, the following changes:

Paragraphs 6, 7 of Annex 1 to the said decision shall be reworded:

"6. The list of documents required to reimburse the costs of homeschooling for children with disabilities among the disabled is provided in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Rules for Reimbursement, while the candas certificate is provided instead of an identity document.

7.The amount of reimbursement for the cost of homeschooling children with disabilities from among the disabled according to the individual curriculum is equal to eight monthly calculation indices for each disabled childper month.".

2. This decision shall enter into force ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
