On approval of the pasture rotation scheme based on geobotanical surveypastures for 2022-2023 Beimbet Maylin district of Kostanay region

In accordance with Article 17 of the Land Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 20, 2003, subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 «On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan», subparagraph 3) of paragraph         1 of Article 9 of the Law Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 20, 2017 «On pastures», the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district

DECIDES:

  1. Approve the pasture rotation scheme based on the geobotanical survey of pastures for 2022-2023 in the Beimbet Mailin district of Kostanay region, in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
  2. The state institution «Department of agriculture of the akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district» in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to ensure:

1) sending within twenty calendar days from the date of signing a copy of this resolution in Kazakh and Russian in electronic form to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management «Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan» of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region for official publication and inclusion in the Reference Control Bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Beimbet Mailin district akimat from the date of signing and sending to the branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the right of economic management «Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan» of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region after its official publication.

  1. To impose control over the execution of this resolution on the supervising deputy akim of the district Beimbet Mailin.
  2. This resolution comes into force from the date of its signing and the first official publication.
