Report on public services rendered State Institution "Department of аgriculture of the akimat of the district Beimbet Mailin’s" for 2021
The Department of аgriculture provides 4 public services, three of which are provided in electronic format-these are
- "Issuance of certificates for the right to drive tractors, self-propelled chassis and mechanisms and road construction machines, as well as special cross-country vehicles". During the year, 194 applications were received for the issuance and replacement of expired tractor driver's licenses.
- Issuance of a registration document (duplicate) (removal from registration) and a state license plate for tractors and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, self-propelled agricultural, reclamation and road construction vehicles, as well as special vehicles of increased cross-country capability." Registration actions were performed for the received 559 applications.
- According to the state service on "conducting the annual state technical inspection of tractors, according to the accepted 130 applications, a technical inspection of more than 2000 units of equipment was carried out.
The fourth service is provided through the PSC - "State registration of the pledge of tractors (de-registration) and self-propelled chassis and mechanisms made on their basis, trailers to them, including trailers with mounted special equipment, self-propelled, agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines and mechanisms, as well as special cross-country vehicles". In total, in 2021, 86 applications were registered for contracts for the pledge of movable property and the removal of encumbrances on fulfilled obligations.
