Information on the work of considering applications from individuals and representatives of legal entities, the provision of public services for 2021 in the May rural district
According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Procedures", a public service is the activity of state bodies aimed at meeting the needs of individuals and legal entities. A classified list of public services provided by central and local executive bodies is a single Register of Services. In 2021, 20 appeals of persons were registered in the apparatus of the Maysky rural district akim, of which 10 were from individuals, 0 from legal entities. 10 people were received at a personal reception by the akim of the rural district. The akim's office of the rural district considered 20 appeals, 10 appeals were satisfied, clarifications were given for 10. On issues of land and land use - 4, housing and communal services - 1, others - 15.
One of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness is the timely and high-quality provision of services, increasing the level of satisfaction of citizens.
In total, during the reporting period, no services were provided in violation of the established deadlines. There were no complaints from citizens regarding the provision of services.Reception of visitors was carried out according to the approved schedule.
