On amendments and additions to the decision of the maslikhat dated August 10, 2020 № 403 “On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens”
Maslikhat of Beimbet Maylin district DECIDED:
1.Include in the decision of the maslikhat «On approval of the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the size and determining the list of certain categories of needy citizens» dated August 10, 2020 № 403 registered in the Register of State Registration of Normative Legal Acts under № 9382) the following change and addition:
in the Rules for the provision of social assistance, establishing the amount and determining the list of certain categories of citizens in need, approved by the said decision:
Paragraph 6 shall be supplemented with subparagraph 5) of the following content:
«5) persons with an active form of tuberculosis who are registered with a specialized anti-tuberculosis medical organization and are on outpatient treatment, excluding income, in the amount of 10 monthly calculation indices.»;
subparagraph 4) of paragraph 7 shall be excluded.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
