On the first question: Tobylbaev D.Zh. informed that out of 34 settlements of the district, 18 villages or 53% are provided with centralized water supply.
To provide the population with high-quality drinking water at the expense of the district budget for 9 million tenge, water distribution points were organized in the villages of Naberezhnoye, Uvalnoye and Bogorodskoye.
In the village of Krasnoselskoye, a two-year construction of a water supply system and distribution networks has begun for a total of 580 million tenge. In the reporting year, 62 million tenge was spent, more than 5 km (5.172 km) of the pipeline was laid, 85 wells were installed. This year, construction and installation work will be completed and the facility will be put into operation, for which 517 million tenge has been allocated.
This year, budgetary funds were allocated for the improvement of the sidewalk along Zhabagy-Batyr Street from the parking lot of the secondary school named after B. Mailin to Tobolskaya Street with a total cost of 11.7 million tenge.
At the expense of the district budget, 7 million tenge was allocated for the purchase and installation of 11 video surveillance cameras in the villages of Ayet (2 units), Mayskoye (3 units) and the village of Tobol (6 units).
On the second question: Nazarov E.A. informed that the number of volunteers in the district is about 146 people.
For the current period of 2021-2022, 397 different events were held with a total coverage of about 8912 people.
Volunteers are involved in many public events and actions, such as "Biz Birgemiz", distribution of booklets, delivery of food and medicine, assistance to law enforcement agencies, civil defense, assistance to pensioners living alone, large and low-income families.
For the period from January 5 to January 19, 2022, the volunteers of the district carried out the action “Do not stand aside”, assisted in the preparation and delivery of hot meals to employees of law enforcement agencies and civil defense located in the district, as well as in the city of Kostanay. A “hot bread” campaign and duty were also held to comply with control, law and order and comply with the requirements of the state of emergency.
The MRC consults and informs young people about state programs and projects for youth, such as “With a diploma to the village!”, “Youth practice”, “7-20-25”, “Zhasyl el”, “Enbek”, and others. Participate in a job fair for college graduates and unemployed youth.
On the third question: Pirog V.S. briefly dwelled on the important areas of the Address of the Head of State dated March 16, 2022. In the Address, the Head of State outlines the most pressing problems of the country's development, indicates specific ways and measures to resolve them, determines strategic guidelines and directions for the further progressive development of society.
SOLUTION:
Recommend:
1) to continue work on uninterrupted water supply to Mayskoye and Asenkritovsky rural districts;
2) together with "KazTranGasAimak" to continue work on gasification with. Ayet and the village of Tobol.
1) continue to work with NEET youth;
2) to strengthen the work on the implementation of youth policy, to promote the role of youth in the public life of the region.
3) to continue the work of going to rural districts to meet with local youth, to study their problems.
