On approval of the Procedure for calculating forecast volumes
revenues and expenditures of the budgets of the village of Tobol, rural districts of the Beimbet Mailin district
In accordance with paragraph 9 of Article 45 of the Budget Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", by order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan
dated December 11, 2014 No. 139 "On approval of the methodology for calculating transfers of a general nature", the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district DECIDES:
To approve the Procedure for calculating the forecast volumes of income and expenses of the budgets of the Tobol settlement, rural districts of the Beimbet Mailin district in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
State institution "Department of Economics and Finance of the Akimat of Beimbet Mailin district":
1) from the date of signing this resolution, send an electronic version of this act to the Regional State Enterprise on the right of economic management "Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within twenty calendar days from the date of signing in Kazakh and Russian languages through the electronic document management system;
2) ensure the placement of this resolution on the Internet resource of the Akimat of the Beimbet Mailin district from the date of its signing.
To impose control over the implementation of this resolution
on the supervising deputy akim of the region Beimbet Mailin.
This decree comes into force from the date of signing.
