Announcement of the selection process for the formation of a list of observers to participate in the meetings of the working group on the formation of the Public Council of Kostanay region and the time and place of the meetings of the working group

The State Institution "Apparatus of the maslikhat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" informs:

According to paragraph 10 of the Model Regulation on the Public Council approved by Order No. 69 of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 (hereinafter referred to as the Model Regulation):

1. . Observers without the right to vote, who are representatives of non-governmental organizations, mass media, state bodies, international organizations, are allowed to participate in the meetings of the working group on the formation of the Public Council *.
2. In order to attend the meeting of the working group on the formation of the Public Council as an observer, a person who has expressed a desire to be an observer submits an application for participation as an observer in the competition for the selection of members of the working group on the formation of the Public Council, in accordance with Annex 2 to the Model Provision.Почтовый адрес: ГУ «Аппарат маслихата района Беимбета Майлина»,

Deadline for submission of documents: within five calendar days from the date of placement of the announcement (from December 7, 2021 to December 11, 2021 inclusive until 18.30 hours).

• We inform you approximately that the meetings of the Working Group on the formation of the public Council will be held on the following dates:
•  

* First meeting on December 27, 2021

* Second meeting on January 27, 2022

The meetings will be held at the address: Beimbet Maylin district, Ayet village, Tauelsizdik str. 60, office No. 52, working phones: 8(71436) 3-64-24, 4-90-31, 3-72-29.

Meetings can be transferred to a remote format depending on the epidemiological situation and current restrictions.
