Announcement of a competition for the selection of members of the Working Group on the formation of the Public Council and the time and place of meetings of the working group
Maslikhat of the district of Beimbet Mailina informs:
Regulation on the Public Council, approved by the Order of the Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2021 No. 69 (hereinafter referred to as the Model Regulation), on the basis of the order of the Secretary of the Maslikhat of the Beimbet Maylin district dated December 10, 2021 No. 23, a competition is held to select members of the Working Group on the Formation of the Public Council (hereinafter referred to as the Working Group).
The term of the competition is ten working days after the date of publication of the announcement of the competition.
Quantitative composition of the Working Group: 7 (seven) people.
Representation from the State body: one third of the total number of members of the Working Group.
Representation from civil society: two-thirds of the total number of members of the Working Group. Representation from civil society is formed on the basis of proposals from non-profit organizations and citizens.

Deadline for submission of documents: within five calendar days from the date of placement of the announcement (from December 13, 2021 to December 17, 2021 inclusive until 18.30 hours).
Paragraph 7 of the Model Provision establishes the following:
Citizens, representatives of non-profit organizations wishing to participate in the competition submit on purpose or send the following documents to the email address:
1) a citizen's application for candidacy to the Working Group in the form, according to *Annex 1 to the Model Provision;
2) a written proposal of a non-profit organization to nominate a candidate (if any) to be a member of the Working Group;
3) information about the candidate's professional and (or) social activities;
4) a copy of the identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.После окончания срока приема документов в течение одного рабочего дня формируется список кандидатов в Рабочую группу.
The meetings will be held at the address: village. Ayet, Tauelsizdik str. 60, office No. 52, working phones: 8(71436) 3-64-24, 4-90-31, 3-72-29.
Meetings can be transferred to a remote format depending on the epidemiological situation and current restrictions.
