About the work of the front office
As part of the implementation of the Roadmap, the location of the front office (public reception office of the district akimat) was office No. 1 (documentation department of the district akim apparatus), which is located on the first floor near the central entrance to the akimat building. At its own expense - 1.8 million tenge, in the first decade of December 2019, repair work began, the necessary components were purchased (1 TV, 1 sofa, 1 cooler, 3 tables, 1 computer and office equipment for a self-service corner).
In the third decade, the front office began to carry out its work, on an ongoing basis in the reception office of citizens, citizens are received by the district akim, deputy akims of the district, the head of the district akim apparatus and heads of state institutions. There is also a "self-service corner" in the front office, where everyone the owner of an electronic digital signature (EDS) can independently obtain the necessary service on the "Electronic Government" portal, if necessary, having received the necessary consultations from the specialists of the district akim's apparatus. The front office accepts applications, controls their execution in all directions
