On the approval of the rates of the tourist contribution for foreigners for 2022 in Beimbet Mailin district

In accordance with paragraph 2-10 of Article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 5, 2021 No. 787 "On approval of the Rules for paying a tourist fee for foreigners", maslikhat of Beimbet Mailin district DECIDED: 

  1. To approve the rates of the tourist contribution for foreigners in tourist accommodation from January 1 to December 31, 2022 inclusive - 0 (zero) percent of the cost of stay.
  2. 2. This decision comes into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
