In accordance with Article 35 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan", subparagraph 8) of Article 10-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Veterinary Medicine", Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", based on the submission of the Chief State Veterinary and Sanitary Inspector of the state institution "Territorial Inspection of the Beimbet Maylin district of the Veterinary Control and Supervision Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan" dated November 18, 2021 No. 01-20/503, decided:

  1. To remove restrictive measures on brucellosis of cattle on the territory of the village of Uvalnoye, Novoilinovsky rural district of the district of Beimbet Maylin, Kostanay region.
  2. To invalidate the decision of the akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district of the Beimbet Maylin district "On the establishment of restrictive measures" dated August 23, 2021 No. 3 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 24221).
  3. The State institution "Akim's Office of Novoilyinovsky rural District" in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) state registration of this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this decision on the Internet resource of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin after the official publication.

  1. I reserve control over the execution of this decision.
  2. This decision shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
