On amendments to the order of the Akim of the district of Beimbet Maylin dated July 27, 2020 No. 73 "On the establishment of monitoring groups to monitor compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards in the district of Beimbet Maylin" No. 94 dated 09.11.2021

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 65 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016 "On Legal Acts", article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001 "On Local Public Administration and Self-Government in the Republic of Kazakhstan":

1. Make the following changes to the order of the akim of the district of Beimbet Maylin dated July 27, 2020 No. 73 "On the establishment of monitoring groups to monitor compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards in the district of Beimbet Maylin":

to enter into the monitoring group for monitoring compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards

in the field of entrepreneurship, agro-industrial complex and territorial institutions of the district:

Almagambetova

Marat Berikovich -

deputy akim of the district Beimbet Maylin, member of the monitoring group;

Toleukhan Nursultan is the head of the state institution "Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Akimat of Beimbet Maylin district", a member of the monitoring group.

2. To assign control over the execution of this order to the supervising deputy akim Nazgul Askarovna Manasova.
3. This order is put into effect from the date of signing.
