LISTENED:On the first question: Head of the "Department of Internal Policy of the District Beimbet Mailin" Nurgaliev OAShe made a report “On the activities of non-governmental organizations on the territory of the region. She also said that in the Beimbet Mailin region, active interaction is underway with the institutions of civil society of the region, through various dialogue platforms, consultative and advisory bodies, the state social order, etc.She noted that in the region there is a council for interaction with non-governmental organizations under the akimat of the region. The Council includes the deputy akim of the district for social issues, representatives of state bodies and non-governmental organizations. 2. On the second question: Akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district, M.E. Taimasova.Taymasov M.E. informed the members of the Public Council of the district that the meeting of the local community, in accordance with their competence, considers at its meetings and makes decisions on current issues of local importance, such as discussion of budget programs, issues of formation and use of revenue sources, formation of a commission for monitoring the use of budgetary funds and income sources of local self-government, discussion of the report on the results of monitoring and other current issues of the local community.The local community meeting held 3 sessions. 4 questions were considered. Certain decisions were made on them, aimed at the socio-economic development of the rural district.Members of the local community suggest considering issues on: - increasing the number of lighting devices;- road repair, etc. 3. On the third issue: Akim of the Tobol settlement A.B. Yesmagambetova. Esmagambetov A.B. informed that the local community includes 24 people. The issues of repairing intra-village roads are being actively resolved. The local community meeting held 4 sessions. 4 questions were considered. Certain decisions were made on them, aimed at the socio-economic development of the rural district. Local community members offer consideration of issues on: - an increase in the number of lighting devices; - road repair, etc.
4. On the fourth issue: Akim of the rural district Ayet Berdalinov AB Berdalinov A.B. informed about the work carried out by the local community in the villages of the rural district of Kyet. During the past period of the current year, 14 gatherings of the local community were organized in the district on the initiative of the akim of the rural district. 14 positive decisions were made on them. At the beginning of the year, the question of approving the report on the execution of the budget of the rural district of Ayet. Also, places for outbound trade were identified in the village of Ayet.In addition, it was noted that gatherings of the local community are held mainly in the courtyards of multi-storey buildings. The issues of improvement, sanitary cleaning, and the formation of KSK were resolved.Local community meetings during the period of restrictive sanitary measures are held online.

Ovcharova R.S. - 1) Noted that she did not see active work on organizing gatherings. 2) And also the issue of ennobling the territory of a Christian cemetery was raised. - I suggested that we work more actively with the population to address, in particular, this issue and, in general, to resolve all issues related to issues of local importanceRudneva N.D. - 1) Noted that in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On local government and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan" the number of members of the local community meeting is determined "up to twenty-five people." Whereas the report noted the number of 49 people. 2) Asked - how is the notification of the members of the local community meeting about the meetings held? How is the notification of the population about the resolved issues raised by the population going?- Suggested:- to coordinate the work of a specialist in the rural district in the implementation of this work. When the residents of the district do not have this information, this entails a decrease in the authority of the work of the akim of the rural district;- continue the joint work of the members of the local community meeting and the akim's apparatus of the rural district in accordance with the regulations of the local community meeting approved by the regional maslikhat;- You need to reconsider the number of members of the local community.3. Kalimova Zh.Zh. - 1) Noted that the main directions for the socio-economic development of the district affect the life of each of the inhabitants of the district.- Suggested:- continue work to provide the population of the villages of the district with high-quality drinking water, safe and high-quality roads and sidewalks, street lighting. And also to make wider use of monitoring of the use of budgetary funds;- take over the experience of the akim of the Tobol settlement. SOLUTION:Recommend:1. To the head of the "Department of Internal Policy of the Beimbet Mailin District" (O. Nurgalieva):- Continue working with NGOs to implement projects.2. To the Akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district (Taymasov M.E.): Together with the local community, take special control over:- elimination of unauthorized landfills;- gasification of the village of Novoilinovka;- repair of the Tobol-Novoilinovka highway;- installation of additional street lighting lamps;3. Akim of Tobol village (A.B. Esmagambetov);- continue to work with the local community;- to resolve the issue of the distribution of budgetary funds for 2021 at the expense of the free balance formed at the end of 2021.4. Akim of the rural district of Ayet (Berdalinov A.B.)- consider the possibility of installing additional street lighting;- take control of the issue of ennobling the territory of a Christian cemetery.
