Informatoin on the provision of public services by the Civil Registry Office for the third quarter of 2021 for the State Institution "Akim's Office of Beimbet Mailin District"
The Akim's office of the district Beimbet Mailin is working to ensure and comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan when setting up the work of the Civil Registry Office in general. The main task of the civil registry office is to ensure timely complete and correct registration of acts of civil status in the territory of the district.
For the 3rd quarter of 2021, in the Civil Registry Office of the State Institution "Akim's Office of Beimbet Mailin District", all civil status acts were registered -176 of them - 76 were taken through the PSC, deaths were registered -97 , newborns were registered - 49, marriages -25 were registered, divorce -3, change of full name - 2.
Corrections and additions were made in a timely manner to the records after divorce, establishment of paternity, change of full name, notifications are also sent monthly to make corrections in the second copies of civil status records. On an ongoing basis, every day during the reception, conversations and consultations are held to explain the marriage and family law. Over the past period, 5 lectures were held with the inspectors of the PSC. In close contact, work is underway with the State Center for Internal Affairs, Central District Hospital, District Department of Internal Affairs, lists of the dead are provided on a monthly basis in a timely manner.
