Decision:
On the first issue: The head of the "Department of Internal Policy of the district of Beimbet Mailina" Nurgalieva O.A. made a report "On the activity of non-governmental organizations in the district. She also said that in the district of Beimbet Maylina, active interaction is being conducted with the institutions of civil society of the district, through various dialogue platforms, consultative and advisory bodies, state social order, etc. There is a council for interaction with non-governmental organizations under the akimat of the district. The Council consists of the deputy akim of the district for social Affairs, representatives of state bodies and non-governmental organizations.
On the second question: Akim of the May village oruga S.V. Endorenko said that the issue "On approval of projects for the average repair of intra–village roads of the village of Mayskoye within the framework of the implementation of the program "Auyl - El besigi" was considered, according to the approved projects, average repair of intra-village roads along Park Street and Industrialnaya Street was carried out.A project for the construction of a block-modular boiler house of a secondary school in the village of Mayskoye has also been approved.
On the third question:
Akim of the Novoilinovsky rural district, M.E. Taimasov, also said that the meeting of the local community is the participation of representatives of the local community, delegated by the meeting of the local community, in solving current issues of local importance, such as discussing budget programs, issues of formation and use of revenue sources, the formation of a commission for monitoring the use of budget funds and revenue sources of local self-government, discussion of the report on the results of monitoring and other current issues of the local community. In fact, the local community assembly is a representative body of local communities that plays a major role in making decisions concerning the entire district, including the approval of a plan for the receipt and expenditure of local government funds.
On the fourth question: Akim of the village of Tobol Esmagambetov A.B. reported the following: in compliance with the anti-corruption legislation, all civil servants of the State Institution "Akim's Office of the village of Tobol" have adopted anti-corruption restrictions, civil servants have been familiarized with the Rules of Official Ethics of civil servants, in order to implement financial control measures, civil servants and their spouses have submitted declarations to the state revenue authorities in a timely manner. The facts of settlement or non-settlement of the conflict of interests in the State Institution "The Office of the akim of the village of Tobol" have not been revealed.
On the fifth question: Akim of rural oruga Ayet Berdalinov A.B., reported the following:
Over the past period of this year, we have organized 14 gatherings of the local community, of which 14 positive decisions were made. At the beginning of the year, we raised the issue of approving the report on the implementation of the budget of the Ayet rural district. Places for outbound trade in the village of Ayet were also identified.
Recommend:
- To continue working with NGOs on the implementation of projects.
- Continue working together with the local community.
- to complete the construction project of a block-modular boiler house of a secondary school in the village of Mayskoye.
Together with the local community, take these issues under special control:
- Elimination of unauthorized landfills;
- Gasification of the village of Novoilinovka;
- Repair of the Tobol-Novoilinovka highway.
- Installation of additional street lighting lamps
- to resolve the issue of the allocation of budget funds for 2021 at the expense of the free balance formed at the end of 2020.
- to take control of the issue of water supply in the village of Krasnoselskoye.
