In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 65 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2016" on legal acts", Article 37 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 23, 2001" on local public administration and self-government in the Republic of Kazakhstan":
Remove from the monitoring group for monitoring compliance with sanitary and epidemiological standards in the field of entrepreneurship, agro-industrial complex and territorial institutions of the district:

Director of the branch of the Chamber of entrepreneurs of Kostanay region in Beimbet Maylinsky district, deputy of the district maslikhat.
2.control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the supervising deputy Akim Manasova Nazgul Askarovna.
3.this regulation shall enter into force from the date of signing.
