The exclusively electronic format of concluding contracts made it possible to generate complete and reliable information on the purchased goods, works, services on the web portal and determine their average purchase prices. The introduction of electronic contracts and a number of other norms aimed at simplifying and transparency of public procurement allowed minimizing corruption risks. It should be noted that there is an increase in public procurement from a single source for various reasons, which in turn increases the risk of corruption.
Everything possible is being done to apply public procurement in a "single source" way as little as possible, including planned public procurement for compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
When organizing seminars among accountants and persons responsible for public procurement for training and explaining the legislation on public procurement, the presence of a specialist is always ensured.
