This report is based on the results of an internal analysis of corruption risks in the activities of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger transport and highways of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin", conducted by a working group consisting of:

The purpose of the activity of the object of internal analysis: the purpose of the Department is to carry out management functions in the field of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of the district.
The basis of the internal analysis:
The analysis was carried out in order to implement paragraph 5 of Article 8 of the Law Of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Combating Corruption" and in accordance with the Standard rules for conducting internal analysis of Corruption Risks, approved by the order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan on Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption No. 12 dated October 19, 2016.
Analyzed period: from January 5 to August 31.
Regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the unit (Regulations on the State Institution): The regulation on the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger Transport and Highways of the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" dated August 24, 2019 No. 187 was approved by the akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin.
The full-time number of civil servants of the Department is 4 people, the actual number is 3 people.
Results of inspections previously conducted by state bodies in relation to the division No inspections were carried out for the period from January 5 to July 30, 2021.
Work in the mass media: The schedule of reception of individuals and representatives of legal entities by the head of the State Institution for each quarter is published in the periodical printed edition of the newspaper "Ayet Shamshyrak".
Appeals of individuals and legal entities received by the division (number, questions in general): For the period from January 5 to August 31, 2021, 8 applications were received.
Acts of prosecutor's response: There were no representations from the prosecutor's office.
Judicial acts (number, on what issues): The Department of Economics and Finance has sent 11 lawsuits to the court.
Provision of public services: A state institution provides 4 types of public services: 1. Approval of the placement of outdoor (visual) advertising objects in the right-of-way of public roads of regional and district significance 2. Issuance of a passport of readiness for energy-producing and energy-transmitting organizations to work in the autumn-winter period 3. Registration and priority, as well as the adoption by local executive bodies of a decision on providing housing to citizens in need of housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund 4. Privatization of housing from the state housing fund
During the period from January 5 to August 30, 2021, 16 public services were provided, including through PEP-9, PSC-7, refusals-19.
Implementation of public procurement:
The State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, passenger Transport and Highways of the Akimat of the district of Beimbet Maylin" carried out 140 public purchases, 86 of them from one source.
As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that there are corruption risks in the activities of the state institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways of the akimat of the Beimbet Maylin district" in the process of providing public services.
