Analyzed period: from May 06 to August 31, 2021.
Internal analysis of the organizational and managerial activities of the department was carried out according to the following criteria::
1) Personnel Management;
2) conflict of interest settlement;
3) provision of public services;
4) implementation of licensing functions;
5) implementation of control functions;
6) on the quality of consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities;
7) on the organization and implementation of public procurement of goods, works, and services;
8) compliance with official ethics and anti-corruption legislation;
The staff of the state institution of the Department of employment and social programs of the akimat of Beimbet Maylinsky district is 9 units,2 units.
In the period from May 06 to August 31 , 2021, 1 unit dismissed was not accepted .
In order to implement the anti-corruption legislation, all civil servants of the state institution "Department of employment and social programs of the akimat of Beimbet Maylinsky district" adopted anti-corruption restrictions, civil servants were familiarized with the rules of official ethics of civil servants, in order to implement financial control measures, civil servants and their spouses submitted their declarations to the state revenue authorities in a timely manner.
2.in the state institution "Department of employment and social programs of the akimat of Beimbet Maylinsky district", the facts of settlement or non-settlement of conflicts of interest were not established.
3.provision of Public Services.
The state institution "Department of employment and social programs of the akimat of Beimbet Maylinsky district" provides 19 public services. (Section-15, Center-4)
4, 5. in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Department of employment and social programs of the Beimbet Maylinsky district akimat" does not perform control and supervisory, licensing functions.
6.quality of consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities.
Monthly monitoring of the results of consideration of Appeals of individuals and legal entities is carried out.
From May to August 31 , 2021, 4 applications were accepted and written explanations were given. During the consideration of applications, the facts of confusion, as well as violations of deadlines, were not revealed.
In accordance with the current law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on public procurement", the state institution "Department of employment and social programs of the akimat of Beimbet Maylinsky district" conducted 3 public procurement for a total amount of 189.6 thousand tenge:
1) public procurement by requesting price offers-1, in the amount of 97.0.T.
2) by means of an open competition for the state social order-1,700.0 tons.
3) by means of a single source through the direct conclusion of 14 public procurement contracts for a total amount of 571.9 tons.
8.compliance with professional ethics and anti-corruption legislation.
The Department of employment and social programs of the akimat of Beimbet Maylinsky district complies with the requirements for civil servants, restrictions related to the status of a civil servant, the requirements of the Code of ethics and anti-corruption legislation. During the analysis, cases of risks associated with compliance with the norms of the Code of ethics and anti-corruption legislation were not identified.
